HTG1602F-25W-A5P, this 16x2 Character COG LCD white pixels on a blue background. This transmissive STN negative LCD is visible in ambient light or backlight. In ambient light, the backlight is fully transmitted due to the full transparency of the polarizer, making the display content clearly visible. In dark environments, the display has a backlight, allowing viewers to clearly see the display content. As a COG display, there is no PCB, and the controller/driver is directly bonded to the glass of the display. The LCD provides a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. This built-in ST7032I controller. The display features a 6:00 optimal view, 4-bit/8-bit parallel interface, operates at 5.0V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
