3. About wearing dust-proof clothing
The requirements for wearing clothes when entering a clean room are very strict, in order to prevent dust, microorganisms and other pollutants brought in by the human body from affecting the production environment. Common requirements for wearing clothes include the following:
Cleanroom Clothing:
Dust-free clothing (also known as clean clothing) is a full-body suit that can effectively isolate the human body from the external environment. Depending on the cleanliness level, there may be different style requirements (one-piece suit, two-piece suit, etc.). The color is usually white or light-colored. Avoid using clothing with decorations or text.
Dust-free shoes:
Cleanroom shoes or cleanroom boots must be used with cleanroom clothing to ensure a tight seal from head to toe.
Shoe covers are also often used to prevent external contaminants from entering the soles of shoes.
Hood:
Cover the head and hair to prevent hair loss and skin debris from entering the environment.
Head covers are often equipped with goggles or a clear face shield to ensure full coverage.
Face mask:
Dust-free masks can effectively prevent particles discharged from the mouth and respiratory tract from entering the clean area. They must be worn tightly to cover the nose and mouth.
High-level clean areas may require the use of special filter masks (such as N95 or higher).
Gloves:
Clean gloves (usually latex or powder-free) are required to prevent direct hand contact with equipment or products.
They must be worn to avoid contact with contaminants and may require regular replacement of gloves.
Shoe covers:
In addition to dust-free shoes, the workshop also requires the wearing of disposable shoe covers to ensure that the soles of the shoes do not contaminate the clean environment.
Note:
The donning process should be carried out in a designated dressing room, which is usually divided into different clean areas and donned step by step.
When donning, make sure that the dust-free suit, gloves, and masks are not damaged or contaminated.
After donning, dust should be removed through an air shower room or other purification equipment.
These wearing requirements are designed to ensure cleanliness during the production process and reduce the entry of any tiny sources of contamination into the dust-free workshop.
To ensure that every high-quality product is delivered to every customer smoothly, all visiting customers are requested to strictly abide by the above rules. We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Thank you again for your support and recognition! I wish you a pleasant visit and a happy cooperation!
Best Regard!
