3.0 inch 128x64 LCD Graphic LCD Dot Matrix Module 128×64 dot matrix, COB (Chip on Board) Graphic LCD Module, This product is a STN positive gray LCD mode with white LED backlight. It has a six o'clock viewing direction and a semi-transmissive reflective polarizer and is recommended for indoor and outdoor applications. This product has a negative voltage and is assembled with a 1/64 Duty and controller ST7565R or equivalent chip on board. The interface type is parallel. This is a ROHS compliant product manufactured in accordance with ISO standards and procedures.
