TFT-H040A27FWIST5N40 is a 4.0-inch color LCD module with a 320x480 resolution, built-in ST7365 controller, optional touch screen, and high image quality, IPS wide viewing angle, supporting 8080 8-bit, 9-bit, 16 bit, 18 bit parallel interfaces and 3-wire, 4-wire serial interfaces, 65K/262K true color, FPC connection (optional connector), 2.8V~3.3 voltage, supports vertical display. All materials comply with environmental requirements and RoHS standards. This module is widely used in various instruments, intelligent devices, etc., and is suitable for 8051 PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM, Raspberry Pi and other microcontroller development platforms.
