Question 1: If the monitor needs to be installed at the air outlet in the car, how can it deal with the water droplets generated by the air conditioner? How to solve this problem?

Answer: The display itself is waterproof. To prevent water droplets from affecting the work of the display, the waterproof function of the cable should be considered. Customers are required to ensure that the cable and other contact interfaces are properly connected when connecting the display to the control panel. Take waterproofing measures everywhere, such as silicone waterproofing method, etc.

Question 2: How to eliminate static electricity on car display screens?

Answer: Every Hot Diaplay product will be tested for static electricity when it leaves the factory, to avoid the display being “charged” before leaving the warehouse to the greatest extent!

Question 3: Is it better to attach the touch panel of the car display to the frame or to fully attach it?

Answer: It is better if the car display screen is fully bonded. Most touch display screens are recommended to be fully laminated. Fully laminated displays have good stability and low rework rate. Many peers outsource the laminating process to other companies. Hot Display has its own laminating process team that can independently and comprehensively complete the entire production process.。

Question 4: What testing will you do when shipping?

Answer: Every display screen shipped from Xinhongtai will undergo electrostatic testing (ESD), group pulse EFT testing, vibration testing, high and low temperature impact testing, product aging testing, and tensile testing. Answer: Since cars have to deal with extreme outdoor weather, Hot Display is a manufacturer specializing in industrial-grade displays. The temperature of our display screens can be customized according to customer needs. Wide-temperature types can be customized, and the maximum temperature range can reach -40 degrees Celsius. to 80 degrees Celsius. The applicable temperature inside the car is generally -10 degrees (winter) to 70 degrees Celsius (summer), so Xinhongtai's display screen can be fully adapted to various cars.
