HTM-1602-9C is a 2x16 character LCD screen with a yellow/green display and backlight. It adopts transmission LCD technology, which can be displayed in ambient light and the backlight can be turned on to improve visibility under harsh lighting conditions. The working temperature range of the monitor is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, suitable for various application scenarios.
The characters on the screen are displayed as black pixels on a bright yellow/green background. The backlight is a yellow/green LCD, providing uniform illumination throughout the entire screen. The communication method is parallel communication, with a working power supply voltage of 5V and a built-in ST7066U control chip. This display module complies with RoHS standards and is a high-quality display module suitable for the Arduino/C8051 project, compatible with other development boards. The HTM-1602-9C display module has undergone rigorous quality testing to ensure durability and excellent performance under various conditions.
