2.0 inch 128x64 3.3v LCD Graphic LCD Module displays dark gray pixels on a red, green and blue background. It is a liquid crystal graphic LCD module consisting of 128x64 dots. The built-in controller ST7567 IC driver supports 6800 8 parallel bit interface, FFC output PIN. This model only provides 3.3V voltage, which can be used for the internal oscillator of 2 kHz. The HTM12864T01A series module has multi-color LED backlight options, LCD has positive and negative screens STN and FSTN LCD, and the operating temperature is -20~70 degrees Celsius
