HTM12864F-31W-A5P is a monochrome LCD display module with 128*64 graphic dot matrix, built-in KS108/AIP31108 controller (or compatible IC), 6800 8-bit parallel interface, 5V voltage, optional negative voltage 3V Driver, this model has a built-in external oscillator 2KHz. This product has a white backlight, equipped with FSTN positive display polarizer, and multi-color LED backlight options. This type of LCD has STN positive display and negative display and FSTN type LCD. The operating temperature is minus 20 degrees to +70 degrees. All materials All comply with environmental requirements and RoHS standards. This graphics module is widely used in various industrial instruments and consumer products, such as: measuring instruments, fuel dispenser equipment, vending machines, coffee machines, audio, POS systems, or home appliances, communication equipment, automation equipment, etc. .
