HTM12864B-25W-A5P is blue background, 128x64 monochrome white pixels, KS0107+KS0108 or compatible controller is very common and well documented, it is MCU interface, STN-blue LCD negative, wide operating temperature range, contrast ratio High, RoHS compliant and compact in size. The default is pin header connection.It can be easily controlled by MCUs such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM and Raspberry Pi.
