HTM1602-9C-31W-A5P has a 16 character, 2-line display panel that can display dark pixel characters on a light gray background. This semi reflective LCD display screen is visible in low light conditions under ambient light or with added white LED backlight. This high contrast FSTN LCD monitor can operate over a wide temperature range with a power supply voltage of 5.0V. The best 12:00 o'clock view ensures that the display screen can be seen from different angles. It comes with a temperature compensation circuit and a built-in ST7066U controller. 4-bit or 8-bit parallel communication makes it very easy to start using the most popular development boards (including Arduino).
