The HTM-H014A3-SPI-V0 LCD display module is a 1.4 inch TFT LCD display designed for high reliability scenarios. It is equipped with a 1.4-inch full view screen with a resolution of 240x240 pixels and adopts RGB three color vertical arrangement technology to ensure vivid colors and delicate images. Its core driver chip ST7789 supports SPI 3L/4L interface, with a working voltage range of 2.6V-3.3V, strong compatibility, and can be widely used in industrial control, smart wearables, medical equipment, outdoor displays and other fields.
This 1.4 inch TFT LCD display performs excellently in extreme environments, with operating temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+80 ℃ and storage temperatures adapted to -20 ℃ to+70 ℃, meeting the requirements for stable operation in harsh environments. The typical brightness value is 400 cd/m ², combined with a constant current drive design, which can maintain clear visibility even in strong light environments. To prevent image residue on LCD screens, the product has specially optimized the display protection mechanism. It is recommended that users use dynamic images or black backgrounds as screensavers, and refresh static content every 2 minutes to effectively extend the screen's lifespan.

The assembly tolerances of key components such as PCB and TFT are all below ± 0.2mm, ensuring the compactness and reliability of the overall structure. The interface layout is simple and efficient, and the built-in driver circuit supports Full O'Clock display, allowing users to flexibly adapt to different installation directions.
