2.0" 2X16 Character COG LCD, this 16x2 character chip-on-glass (COG) LCD displays dark pixels on a yellow-green background. This transflective STN positive LCD is visible in ambient light or backlight. In ambient light, the display content is clearly visible due to the reflective effect of the polarizer, reflecting the image to the viewer. In dark environments, the display has a backlight, which allows the viewer to clearly see the display content. As a COG display, there is no PCB, and the controller/driver is bonded directly to the glass of the display. The LCD offers a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. This built-in ST7032D controller. The display features a 6:00 optimal view, 4-bit/8-bit parallel interface, operates at 5.0V supply voltage and is RoHS compliant.
