2-inch 128 x 64 LCD Graphic Display Module displays blue pixels on a gray background. This is a monochrome graphic LCD module with a display screen composed of 128x64 dots. It has a built-in ST7567 controller IC that supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface and FFC output PIN. This model only provides 3.3V voltage, which can be used for the internal oscillator 2KHz. The HTM12864T01A series module has multi-color LED backlight options, LCD has STN positive and negative display and FSTN type LCD, operating temperature is -20℃ to +70℃, storage temperature is -30℃ to +80℃, all materials comply with environmental protection RoHS standards and EU REACH regulations.
