The Hot display 2x20 Character LCD is a transmissive LCD display primarily designed for use in embedded systems, electronic DIY projects, and educational purposes. When activated, the monitor displays characters with white pixels on a blue background. This initial setting may be the default setting. This can be adjusted via the corresponding unit settings. As a transmissive LCD, it controls the transparency of the LCD to modulate the passage of light to form an image. Screens require backlighting to ensure pixel visibility. Its operating temperature range is wide, from -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, suitable for various environmental conditions. The best recommended viewing time is 6:00, which may indicate that the monitor performs better during the day or under certain lighting conditions. A 5V power supply is required, which is the standard voltage for common embedded systems and Arduino-based electronic projects.
