Question 1: "Ghost"?
When we were testing the segment code LCD screen, we found that we could actually see the patterns on the LCD screen clearly when there was no power on. Generally, we call this phenomenon "ghosting"
Reason 1: Voltage instability: The commonly used voltage of segment code screen is 3V or 5V, which means that the clearest display effect can be achieved only when the power supply voltage is close to 3V or 5v. If the power supply voltage is unstable, "ghosting" will appear.
Solution: Readjust the LCD voltage
Reason two: When designing the internal wiring of the LCD, the uniform impedance of each PIN was not considered.
Solution: Redesign the internal wiring impedance to be uniform.
Problem 2: Missing paintings
Reason: The production exposure etching process was poor and the inspection was missed.
Solution: Strengthen inspection and inspection
Problem 3: Liquid leakage
Reason: The leakage is caused by the frame printing process and crystal filling vacuum process.
Improvement method: Strengthen manufacturing control
